   Version 5.5 expands the built-in e-mail communication tools by adding Distribution Lists, basic HTML support and the ability to apply E-mail Rules to both incoming and outgoing messages. To simplify organizing and managing marketing campaigns for administrators, there is now a new Automated Processes Center, which offers a user-friendly graphical interface and incorporates step-by-step instructional wizards. Synchronization has also been enhanced with several improvements designed to speed performance and make maintenance, diagnostics and change-tracking easier for administrators and field staff.

   • Field and mobile staff can now quickly review a summary of new, changed or deleted data each time they retrieve an incoming synchronization session using the new Synchronization Snapshot.
   • Staying on top of the synchronization process is fast and simple with the new, built-in Sync Spy diagnostic utility, which allows users and administrators to perform diagnostics.
   • " Get-the-word out instantly to any team (internal, external or both) through e-mail updates, bulletins or newsletters using pre-defined groups of recipients, i.e., lists. Users can specify a single e-mail address and eliminate the need to manually "cc:" multiple users with the new E-mail Distribution Lists.
